From start to finish:
I started P90X on March 3rd, 2013. It is a 13 week program. I finished on June 17th, 2013. It took me a little longer than 13 weeks. When I first started the program it was so hard to get though the workouts. I hadn't worked out in about 5 months and was really out of shape. Ab Ripper X was a killer for me, so hard. By the end of the program I wanted to be able to completed the entire dvd with zero modifications & do all the advance moves. I knew I had to dip deep & workout hard everyday, "Bring It"! I started to see definition in my arms first, then my abs, then my legs (my trouble zone). Once I started seeing results there was no stopping me, I was determined to get great results!
Another one of my goals was to be able to do "crane" the entire duration. The first time I tried I could not even get up, I kept falling forward & my arms felt like they were going to break. But I stuck with it & with each time I got better. By the end, I hit my goal, I was able to hold the position the entire duration!
About half way through P90X I started drinking Shakeology. Immediately I noticed a difference. I have a lot more energy throughout the day. I do not crave foods like I use to (#1 issue). I do not snack nearly as much as I use to (#2 issue) & when I do I choose healthier foods. My stomach is flatter because I am choosing healthier foods & not eating a bunch of crappy foods. But the #1 benefit for me is that I am more regular. I am lactose intolerant which makes me very irregular. I have had problems with this for a few years now & nothing seemed to work. Since I started drinking Shakeology I am very regular, which is a huge relief for my body. I love Shakeology & look forward to drinking it each day! Overall I feel amazing! My strength, flexibility & stamina has increased considerably. I no longer dread doing Ab Ripper X, I actually enjoy it! I am able to do the entire workout doing the advanced moves. I have great muscle definition in my arms & abs. My legs are lean and are starting so show definition. I hit or bypassed most of my goals!!! Here are my body measurements from start to finish:

*Brazil Butt Lift*
Week 1 recap: Day 1 was a killer, Bum Bum left me huffing & puffing. There was sweat dripping off my body. The moves in Cardio Axe were hard to keep up with but with time I know I will get to know the routine. Tummy Tuck really worked my abs & it was hard to keep up in the end. High & Tight really worked my butt from all angles. I am excited for week 2! I will keep tracking my progress weekly so check back!
Week 3 recap: Week 3 took me 2 weeks. Since the beginning of July I have been crazy busy & have been exercising whenever possible (which wasn't much). The 4th of July threw me & the week after I went on a mini vacation to visit my sister & go to a Giants game. I had a great time the last 2 weeks but exercise just wasn't my main focus. But I finished & am starting week 4 today! Never give up!!!
Week 4 recap: FINALLY DONE! Wow, it has been a long 4 weeks. It actually took me 6 weeks. Sometimes life throws you curve balls but you can't give up, you just have to pick up where you left off & keep pushing play. Persistence & hard work pays off! Never give up!!!!
